Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
- I will need at least 48 hours notice if you choose to cancel your appointment.
- Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of missed appointment fee.
- Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of appointment fee.
- If you are 15 minutes late with no communication we may need to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
- I understand that there are emergencies and last minute things so please explain your situation and keep me updated!
